Apple IPad not being delivered.

I’ve been waiting for 2 months for my iPad. Unfortunately it hasn’t begun to “prepare for shipping” it’s still processing.

what can I do?

can someone please guide me in the right direction?

Hi Apple_user4752, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.


When I was going to order an iPad Mini online from Apple it did state that delivery would take 6-7 weeks and all the other retail outlets had similar or in some cases longer delivery times.


I did not proceed at that time and decided to drive to a number of retail outlets and thankfully managed to find one (albeit their last one) at Officeworks.


It seems to be a global problem at the moment.


However, all I can suggest is that you keep checking your delivery date or you can also ask Apple Support.
