I have an icon (identity guard) which keeps opening every time i open my computer. I stopped their service and want this icon off my computer. I have not been able to uninstall as I cant find it on my computer. any help would be great!

Please run EtreCheck on your Mac and post the entire text report here. Using that, I might be able to locate where the app resides and help you remove it.
