Our Apple TV will not play a certain program

My wife is trying to watch The Morning Show and it will not allow us to view any episodes when we are on our Roku upstairs

Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with an Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription.

Can you watch any other Apple TV+ content on that Roku?
