Bluetooth Hardware not working.

I have changed the bluetooth and also booted with different OS but still getting same problem.

Ventura Bluetooth issues. Why is Apple dragging its feet when addressing the Bluetooth issues created with the Ventura OS 13.0 update? It is impossible to connect my keyboard to my Macbook Pro since the update and all of my mice have a terrible lag as if the buffers get full and then empty out. I can never tell where the pointer will be at any given time because it seldom follows my mouse. The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are having some issues with Bluetooth on your Mac.

What happens when you try to connect a Bluetooth Device? Is there another device available to test and if so, does this happen with multiple devices?

Since this may be related to power, try resetting the SMC, then test again. Check out How to reset the SMC of your Mac.
