How can I change surname in playlists in Apple Music?

My new playlists are created with my new surname, but the thing is that i don't want to change my information in my iPhone and I don't understand where from Apple Music App took my new surname, also I can't change it! Could you please help with that, how can I change surname in playlists and where from this information was taken?
