1 On screen keyboard were in accurate and found some text key disappear while using horizontal screen.
2 The short key to change on screen keyboard from Thai to English should be the same key as change from English to thai, it really annoying me.

It looks like you have a concern with the keyboard options not appearing how they should.
If you haven't already, try restarting the iPad. Also go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards to check if the original keyboard is listed here and selected. If not, temporarily change to the QWERTY keyboard, which you will see after selecting your language, then test to see if the same issue persists.
