No service

So this is what happened. My phone slid off my bed during the night. I grabbed it and it was completely drained. I charged it and worked fine. Until I tried to turn on mobile data and I had no service. I did everything except a factory reset because if the other stuff I did didn’t work why would a factory reset fix it? Just makes me loose all my data.

You can’t seriously tell me that a top of the line phone when it came out ( it’s an 11 pro max) got defeated by falling 20 cm onto a carpet. If that’s the case who designed it? Those guys have to seriously amp up their game because this is ridiculous. Like what could have happened? The antenna cable got disconnected? Or some chip broke off? Also why can’t I see what’s the problem? The phone is logging everything so it definitely knows what’s wrong. I wish we had some options to detect a problem

Before you rant anymore without proper knowledge.

  1. You backup before using a computer and restoring to factory settings.
  2. This restore to factory using a computer replaced the software with a new copy to rule out an underlying software issue.
  3. Afterwards you can put the backup into the phone to continue like before.
  4. If it persists after this Restore then yes, it is a hardware issue. Yes physics s u c k s, but it happens.
