What’s app back up Hi my what’s app back up is stuck on preparing for a week now. I have checked the iCloud and storage space, toggled the what’s app on iCloud off then on again, reset network settings etc but nothing works. I have more than enough space left too as I’m on 200gb

Upgrade to iCloud + explains how to set up a larger iCloud space. It has a monthly subscription fee with various sizes and costs.
