I do not have "Import from iPhone" option when control-click in finder. WiFi and bluetooth are checked, MacOS 11.6, iOS 14.15.1. Seems like this problem is on M1 macbook, basic copy text and paste on another device works though.

I did check all the requirements, besides I have found out that this works in preview but not in Finder app.
P.S. Another thing that it is extremely unlikely to scan document with more than 1 page since there always appears an error. But this is not the issue I am addressing here

Try using Continuity Camera from another user account to see if it works correctly at all. Make sure you meet the requirements again:

I have the same issue. It works on my old 2017MBP. M1 configured to the requirements.
