Alerts
On my MyQ app I get alerts to my iPhone but not on my IPad, all settings are on but no alerts

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your post, a specific app is not getting notifications. We'll do what we can to help or point you to the right place.
Open the app itself to make sure it doesn't need to request notification privileges or needs extra settings.
If it's still not sounding, troubleshoot the app itself:
- Restart your iPad
- Remove the app then install it again: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
