can't connect to the account "icloud"

With one of my updates, I starting get the Can't connect to the account "icloud"


it asks to enter the password for user...

Do I enter my password for Apple ID or do I enter my aol password?? It won't take either and when I enter it gives me the error message... Unable to verify account name of password


Please help.. this only occurs on my Mac Desktop..
