Animated memoji in login screen on Mac.

Animated Memoji works perfectly every time I login after the screen was locked, but not working when I login after I shut down my M1 MacBook Pro or M1 iMac. Is this normal?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Yes. I am using a built in personalized Memoji. I also have tried with other built in Memoji and everything is the same.

Are you using one of the built in memoji or a third party one? I did see a discussion recently which I think had problems with a homemade memoji.
