iphone not showing in itunes

I know this has been asked many times, but ive tried all the fixes i can find but none of them work with mine.

My iphone 11 is not showing in itunes.

Im running windows 10 which is up to date, itunes is up to date and my phone is up to date, apart from the last update which i wont install without backing up my phone.

I have used different iphone cables, including a genuine apple cable, ive tried different usb ports and restarted and reset pc/iphone many times.

I have followed many pieces of advice on here and other places but to no avail.

Can anyone help me?
