My voice not clear enough to the caller.

Hi there, I’m using iPhone 7 Plus. Recently I’m having a hard time with this phone right now. My voice is not so clear when I am speaking with someone. What can I do to overcome this problem? Still can hear me, but with very low sounds. Phone microphone works perfectly. I can record my voice and recording videos also very fine. Not any different between other iPhones compare with voice recording. Basically I cannot see any hardware problem. I was restored my phone to factory settings. Still having this problem. Please help me to find out the issue. Thanks.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are having an issue with others hearing your voice within phone calls. You've already completed some great troubleshooting by recording Voice Memos, recording videos and even restored your iPhone to factory settings.

It looks like you're working the steps included in this guide: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working. We'd suggestion also clearing the microphones and even trying to make the call in a different location to see if the sound within the call improves.
