Denying Decision Case Number - what is this?

Hi, I'm having trouble understanding what I need here. I'm in conversation with a company called Supercell about Apple refunds, but I'm stuck on this step, and I quote:

"It seems you have contacted apple in order to ask a refund, however apple denied your request. I need the denying decision number case. If you haven't in your records please contact apple to get it and provide to me."

Where do I find this number and what is the easiest way to get it? Contacting Apple is a 'mare right now. Thanks in advance!

Hello jpb4026,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you have questions about where to find a case number from working with Apple Support. You should have received an email with the case number after working with them that would have your case number included. If you didn't, you can check after signing in on the My Support page to see if you can locate the case number here: My Support

If you're still unable to locate it, you would nee to contact Apple to help you out here: Get Support

We hope this helps.
