Too much bass on AirPods pro

Hi, I recently noticed that my AirPods Pro have way too much bass on the “transparent” and “noice cancelling” modes.

although on standard mode I have way too little bass, almost sounds like the headphones with wire we used to have.

also I have experienced that the different modes have stopped working in sense of noice reduction. It’s like all three modes have the settings of “transparent”

is this a hardware problem?

thanks - Adam

My airpods Pro are 13 months old and I have only experienced this the last couple of days. The only change in my setup/ecosystem was my upgrade from my 2013 MacBook Pro to 2021 macbook pro 14’. (But that should not impact my airpods quality right?!? Lol)

additionally I have reset my AirPods, restarted my phone, charged the case to 100% and all other “possible fixes”, nothing has fixed as of yet

kind regards - Adam
