I want to see my photos and videos from my iPhone iCloud account

What is in your iPhone is what is on iCloud.

If you had enabled iCloud Photos and then if you delete Photos and Videos from the iCloud it is deleted from iPhone Photos too, and vice-versa. 

And if you happen to take a backup either over iTunes or iCloud after deleting Photos and Videos all the photos are deleted from the backup (iCloud/iTunes) too.

never connected my phone to my machine ... either. until now ... really curious to hear some suggestions ..

I want to see my files too. I am asked to upgrade my cloud all the time: how to see whats stored in that vary cloud? Anyone .. *?
