That's supposedly a message that the data on your current device has been copied over to iCloud for transfer to a new device that was purchased with the same Apple ID. Here was a previous discussion on this, from someone who bought an iPhone for a child.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.

Please understand this is a public forum: While attaching a Screenshot, do not provide any personal credentials, such as Card detail, email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable, etc.

"Ready for your new iPhone" is a standard message that's supposed to relate to the online purchase of a new iPhone using the same Apple ID, and a backup that's automatically created to facilitate the transfer of data. It's supposed to be cleared by deleting the backup on iCloud, although one could look up how to do that.
