Deleted Voicemails

Is there a way to retrieve deleted voicemails that I deleted out of the “deleted messages” section? For example, I deleted a voicemail and it went to the “deleted messages” and I deleted it out of there as well. Could I possibly use my icloud to find it or something? I’m looking for a voicemail I deleted a year ago.
