Download a group of contacts into a .csv with birthdays and also addresses broken down by address, city, state and zip

Hello!

I would like to set up a mailing list for a 3rd party vendor. We are shopping for the vendor, however they all seem to want a .csv with First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Address, City, State, Zip.

What is the easiest way to do this from the Contacts App?

Export contacts to a CSV not vcard or archive I am trying to build a list for my newsletter and need to export my contacts as a csv file not a vcf or abbu file is this possible? Surely I can not be the only one who does this.
