Invited by family member but error message when attempting to join

Thanks for the update. As a suggestion, you'd want to go to the person that did invite you to join their family group to invite you once again. They can check the status on their device too. If needed they can select "Resend Invitation". The instructions are included in the guide we shared in our previous message.

We can see you've received an error message when trying to accept an invitation for Family Sharing.

Let's see if the steps included in this guide helps you: Set up Family Sharing. You'd want to select "Join a family group" and it will get you to the section you'll need. It gives you a few choices on how to accept including using the email sent or using your device. You can try a different device or even change your network as a suggestion. You'd also want to make sure you're not a part of another family group too.
