I want to Cancel my apple 1 subscription but I don’t have access to the device it was created on but it’s charging my card I want a refund and not to be charged again

You can cancel it using any device that shares your Apple ID, it doesn’t need to be the specific device that you subscribed with.
When I select cancle subscription it says unable to cancle I need it canceled
