Rebuild Mail
I accidentally hit rebuild on MacBook Pro and all mail emails are gone. In a panic, helpppp.

It's normal for your mailbox to appear empty until your messages are downloaded again from your mail server to your Mac. This article explains more about this:

You'll want to make sure you have a strong Internet connection while it downloads your emails again.
