You can’t. You can cast in certain third party apps, like YouTube, but you cannot mirror, as it doesn’t support AirPlay. I have tried various third party casting apps, and all of them are hot garbage. If you want to mirror to your TV, get an Apple TV, it is so reliable at being mirrored to.
