Hy everyone!
I have a little issue with my new Iphone I can't read NFC Tags. My Apple Pay is working and when I want to add a Shortcut but I can't read NFC Tags like to buy tickets for bus or to pair with my Photo Camera or just a simple Tag with a link on it or everything else. I tried to scan a NFC Tag even while I removed the case but it doesn't worked.

I have been dealing with the same exact issue and have an answer finally!
Apple background NFC reading only works with universal URL links. Which means if you are putting anything that isn’t a universal URL link on the NFC chip, you need an app.
With that being said, if you write a URL onto the chip with an app like NFCTools, it will read automatically.
From there you’ll have to figure out how to go from a URL to a shortcut.

Use of NFC requires an app (like Wallet for example) to make use of it. There is no raw NFC tag operation available, and even the opportunity to turn it on of off was removed a couple of years ago.
The bus company needs to issue an app to make use of their ticketing, or needs to allow use of Apple Waller for payment.
I agree, but this is an iphone user forum not a developer forum.
As far as users are concerned, find and install an app which I think we agree on.
A quick google tells you that Apple advertises “background NFC reading”.
