How do I report an app found in the Apple Store that is a SCAM?

Thank you. The resulting answer to my submission said that nobody will contact me to try and resolve. Do you know of another place to submit fraud/scam issue where Apple will actually try and help resolve?
What sort of resolution are you expecting?
Removal of the app from App store so that it doesn't scam anyone else. Doesn't keep them from popping up under another app name, but at least throws an obstacle in their way.
Even if you called Apple on the phone, they would refer you to the same link.
