Can I update my iPhone 6 to iOS 13?

How do I Update ios12.5 to 13 or 14 I’m using a iPhone 6 and trying to get apps from App Store saying only available for iOS 13 or later

An unit running any version of 12.5 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading them to a newer one on the same Apple ID first.
