I cannot connect to app store

There can be a number of reasons why you may not be able to connect to the App Store one of which is to check that you have the latest iPadOS with iPadOS 15.2.1 released yesterday. The following link will help explain how to update your iPadOS https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204204
