Mail Not Working On Monterey

My MacBookPro (2018) upgraded to Monterey. Now Mail does not work. Very slow in loading, deleted items re-appear. I re-installed the OS everything else seems fine, but Mail still does not work.

New eMail Login:

Remove the eMail account and then add it back.
