- On your son's Apple Watch, tap Settings. Check the following:
- Is your son's name listed at the top of the page under Settings? YES
- If you scroll through the list of apps and settings, is the App Store listed there? NO
- Did you set up your son's Apple Watch with Family Setup? YES. You might want to double-check what you've allowed him to have access to: Set up Apple Watch for a family member. HE HAS FULL AUTHORIZATION TO DOWNLOAD APPS
- Did you restrict the time some apps are available with Schooltime? You might want to check that setting as well: Use Schooltime on Apple Watch. NO
Thanks for the reply. We unpaired then paired his phone back to “my” iPhone as what was originally done and the App Store icon appeared for a brief 15 mins or so and then disappeared. We tried unpairing/pairing again and no App Store icon appeared.
Appreciate any other suggestions.
