Can’t log onto FB ERror code FBAPIErrorDomain.error

I got that error code, but I’ve been trying to recover my account for weeks every time Facebook says I’m logging in from a new device which I’m not or it says it needs a two-step authentication from me and I never set that up and since I can’t get into my account I can’t do that so it I just keep going around and round with them it is so terrible having a problem and I’ve talk to other people I know they got locked out of your account and they just gave up and opened up a new account I can’t do that so I have to keep on trying I feel like driving over to the headquarters because I live a couple hours away but there support is absolutely terrible.

If you're having trouble logging into your Facebook account, here are some things you can try. Go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Make sure to use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your Facebook account. Search for the account you want to recover.

That doesn’t work, I have tried it many times. A couple problems 1. They say I haven’t logged in from here, which I have and when I wait for them to send a code it never comes, or it will say use 2 step authorization and I can’t do that because I don’t have access to my account snd I never set up 2-step with FB. This is just crazy.
