Regarding my Facebook accounts

My facebook account has been locked since few weeks. I have tried so many times to unlock it . I am able to change my new password when they send me the codes in my phone or email but every time there is another authentication codes they send me but I never received. It only says FBIPI error what is that means? and how can I get fix to unlock my Facebook account.
