UTM to Virtualize Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 is a good idea ?

Hi, since VirtualBox does not support Apple Silicon ( I have a MBP m1), can I virtualize windows 10 and windows server 2019 with UTM? I need it as I am following an in-depth course on active directory that I use at work. Thanks in advance
