This is this issue I am facing a lot these days
I supposed that MacBooks are best at performance and I don't know why it's hanging and lagging a lot these days

There is no internet issue.
Just when I try to open and work on multiple applications like only basic ones e.g.- browser, WhatsApp, etc
It hangs a lot and doesn't give a good performance
Apps like especially Microsoft Teams create a lot of problems and inefficiency
Have you tried Safe Mode? Did you check for a macOS update?
