Live listen function will not turn off

Iphone 12 pro, airpod pro's, 15.1.1 ios

The live listen function turns on ok, but reproducibly cannot be turned off except by a reset of the phone.

This has been reported before and i have followed the setup to the letter.

On turning it on, its working but the shortcut doesnt acknowledge its on, thinks its off.

If you access the accessibility/hearing devices menu and try to turn it off there, same issue, no mfi hearing device is found.

Yes its a bug..
