Adding storage in bootcamp

When in windows I am left with 15gb of storage because bootcamp is taking up 23gb of the storage. I need 18gb to download a software, and need to know if there is a way to free up the storage in the bootcamp hard drive. Or, if I can store it in a different area in my computer or on an external drive.

MacBook Air (2020 or later)
