When clearing search history on safari, does it delete passwords not saved to iCloud keychain?

Websites are saved in form of cookies , when searched from a web browser in safari , when history is cleared it deletes all of them Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support
The passwords are not deleted when iCloud Keychain is set up Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support and autofill is functional Autofill your user name and password in Safari on Mac
