iPhone Se 2020 does not detect Bluetooth devices

I want to connect to my skull candy push ultra speakers and Jbl headphones which does not show anything else than my AirPods in pairing list. I read some topics from 2years ago with no conclusions in the end. Please let me know if it is the defect of the phone or setup issue .I believe can not be something fixed by firmware since I already upgrade my phone.

Thanks in advanced

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Do you have other devices that the skull can and JBL have been paired with? If yes, they are autoconnecting with those devices prior to your putting them in pairing mode, turn off BT on the other devices temporarily and try again.
