The Matrix is missing from my purchased Matrix Trilogy on Apple TV + app

I purchased the Matrix Trilogy a few months ago, and was watching the first Matrix movie. I tried continuing watching it today and it is no where to be found in my library in the Apple TV + app.

I have checked the apple + app on both my nvidia shield and my smart tv, and both prompt me to subscribe to starz to watch it.

Oddly, I can locate it on the apple + app on my iPhone 12 (it is not downloaded), in my library, and watch it with no issue.

What is the problem with the Apple + app on my tv and nvidia shield? I can still access and watch the other two movies from that trilogy just fine, it’s just the first movie that is missing.
