Backup

I can´t make a backup on my macbook pro from my iphone 12 in itunes,

i always get an error notice,

both devices run on the newest update,

any suggestions?

If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support

If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support
