ProTools and a Digi 003 Rack+ interface compatibility

I have ProTools and a Digi 003 Rack+ interface. I can seem to connect it on my computer. My OS is Big Sur version11.6.1 Can anyone help me?

Are you trying to connect via USB-C or USB-3.0?

Does the device show up in some manner in the Audio Midi Setup Utility?

Are you trying to connect it via MIDI, or some other connectivity in the device?

Good evening A. Brody , this is B.Wright, I posted the same qestion on avid and have not gotten a response yet. I'm becoming frustrated due to having purchased Protool and 003 Rack + without any knowledge of either. It is seriously holding up my rescording process.
