Whatsapp desktop not launching

I have a Macbook pro, macOS Monterey 12.1, Whatsapp desktop asked for an update to be used even when mobile is offline, after I did the update it it's not launching, it keeps asking for the link device QR code again and again.

For your third party app—

Look for any built in or in-app help menu and use that.
