Iphone13 ProMax mic issues

Does any one have issues with iphone 13 pro max or 13 models mic while using WhatsApp video call that the other end users hear incomplete sentence and cant understand clearly. While using headphone they could hear us perfectly alright. with all latest software updated yet not fixed.

But same IOS used in XR model that i own does not have any issues.

Let me know if this could be fixed.
