How to restore aol e-mails that were permanently deleted

Are your AOL emails still in your AOL web account? If so, then on my iPad, I would delete my AOL email account. Then I would add the account again on my iPad. They should be there.
Perhaps the clue to your ability to restore your email is already in your description…
“Permanent deletion” is exactly as described; permanent deletion is forever. Unless you can recover deleted email directly from your Google account (having signed-in to your Google account using a web browser), you will not be able to recover your deleted mail.
