Unable to download certain apps

i have a series 2, and cant download apps like sleep app on my phone as it says only available on apple watch, but i dont have an app store on my watch. so how am i supposed to download it? thankyou

To use the Sleep app, you'll need watchOS 7 or later, and an Apple Watch Series 3 or later.
