Iphone 13 pro LiDAR not seeming to work

Having a couple issues with my iPhone on the 3rd/4th day of use. Measure app, Scaniverse and 3d scanner app all no longer using the LiDAR Scanner properly. The measure app also doesn’t work as a spirit level anymore either.

any support will be helpful. Not tried backing up and resetting yet but would like to avoid it - doesn’t seem so unfortunately
