Malfunction of the portrait camera.

I have a problem with the iPhone 7 Plus portrait camera that is not working properly. The issue happened suddenly. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

iphone 13 pro max wide angle camera not working Hi! My wide angle camera seems to not be working properly. The phone hasn’t been dropped, hasn’t been anywhere near water - it suffered no damage. I tried to take some photos today and when I zoom below 1.0 (so when the wide angle camera kicks in), the photos turn out like this. Also, those vertical coloured lines show up while taking the pic. I have the most recent software update (16.2). Has anyone encountered this before?

We understand that you’re encountering an issue with Portrait mode on your iPhone 7 Plus.

Here are some steps to take if the camera isn’t operating as expected - If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.
