I forgot my iPad password

My iPad shows me "iPad disabled connect to iTunes"

But when I connect it to my iTunes it apear another poster "iTunes could not connect to the iPad “iPad de Mariano” because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPad before it can be used with iTunes."

What can I do with my iPad???
