payment method and re-download apps issues

i have a problem with payment method. it can not pay, and I also re-download apps as well. what should I do?

Unless you see a None option in the payment methods of the account details, you usually need a functioning payment method to use your account, even for free apps or redownloaded apps.


Buy and redeem an iTunes/App Store gift card as your payment method is one idea to resolve this issue.
