Payment Refund

Good afternoon! There’s this app called Picsart and I wanted to try the features of it so I enabled the free trial. But then, my mobile number has insufficient funds so I added a payment method thru GCash. After adding the payment method, suddenly I paid the ₱1,050. Isn’t it supposed to charge me after the free trial? Why charge me immediately? What if I wanted to try it for one day only? I really want a refund for this! How do I get my refund?
